By creating an account or using Newy Perks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Membership
- Memberships are $29 AUD per year, billed annually via Stripe
- Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
- Memberships are non-transferable
Offers and redemptions
- Offers are provided by participating Newcastle businesses and subject to change
- Newy Perks does not guarantee the availability of any specific offer
- Each offer may be redeemed once per visit, unless stated otherwise
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified
Business accounts
Businesses listing on Newy Perks agree to honour the offers they publish to members in good faith. Newy Perks reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet community standards.
Limitation of liability
Newy Perks is a platform connecting members with local businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of goods and services provided by participating businesses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Newy Perks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
